Common Questions
How do I cancel my membership? +
There is nothing to cancel — every plan is a one-time payment with no auto-renewal. Your access simply expires at the end of your purchased period. You will never be charged again unless you choose to purchase another pass.
What time are picks released each day? +
Picks are released by 11 AM EST each day. Picks for late games are posted as soon as our team has had time to analyze them.
Are the win rates independently verified? +
Yes. All picks are timestamped and recorded at the time of release — before game time. Our records are publicly viewable in the members dashboard and verified against public closing lines. Wins, losses, and pushes are all recorded. No cherry-picking.
Can I upgrade my plan after purchasing? +
Yes. Email us at support@betwinnersonly.com within your active access window and we will apply your previous payment as credit toward the higher tier. You only pay the difference.
Do you offer refunds? +
No refunds once the purchase has been approved. Due to the information being digital and delivery electronic — via email, text, and member site logins — no refunds are allowed. Contact us within 24 hours of a technical access issue for an extension. See our Refund Policy for full details.
