SMS / Text Message Communications & A2P Compliance

5.1 Opt-In & Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the opt-in box at registration, checkout, or any lead capture form, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS/MMS messages from Capital Coach, LLC / Bet Winners Only including sports picks alerts, membership notifications, promotional offers, and service updates. Consent is NOT a condition of purchase.

5.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your membership tier and active sporting events. You may receive up to 5 messages per day. Standard frequency is 1-3 messages per day during active pick periods.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier and are your sole responsibility.

5.4 How to Opt Out

• Reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, END, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any SMS from us.

• Log in and update your communication preferences in account settings.

After opting out you will receive one final confirmation. Opting out does not cancel your membership or entitle you to a refund.

5.6 Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is supported by all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and Cricket Wireless. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5.7 A2P 10DLC Registration

All SMS messages are transmitted through registered A2P 10-Digit Long Code (10DLC) numbers registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) in compliance with TCPA (47 U.S.C. ? 227), CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and major carrier A2P 10DLC program guidelines.

5.8 Privacy of Mobile Data

Mobile opt-in data including your phone number and consent records will not be shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes. This data is used solely by Capital Coach, LLC / Bet Winners Only for the communications you consented to and for internal recordkeeping and compliance.
