Bet Winners Only, operating as BetWinnersOnly.com and managed by Capital Coach, LLC, does not issue refunds under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed. This policy applies to all membership tiers, subscription plans, day passes, SMS notification add-ons, and any other paid products or services offered through our platform.

Our service provides sports picks and wagering analysis strictly for entertainment and informational purposes. The value of our service is in the access to information and analysis, not in the outcome of any sporting event. All fees paid are non-refundable regardless of results, outcomes, or personal satisfaction.

Member Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for retrieving and accessing all information from the members-only area of the site.
• You are responsible for having the proper device, equipment, and internet connection to access the site and its content.
• Upon payment, you acknowledge that the fee does not guarantee results, outcomes, or profits of any kind.
• Bet Winners Only does not guarantee, promise, or warrant the outcome or specific results of any sporting event or wager.
• You understand and accept that all sales are final at the time your payment is processed.
• If you opted in to SMS notifications, you acknowledge that SMS is a supplemental delivery method and undelivered messages do not constitute grounds for a refund.

No Refund Circumstances

Sporting Events & Scheduling

• Canceled, postponed, or delayed collegiate or professional team events scheduled at specific days and times.
• Any change in sporting event schedules, venues, or participants beyond our control.

Access & Technical Issues

• Members who lack access to authorized sportsbook operators in their jurisdiction.
• Temporary or intermittent service interruptions, downtime, or technical difficulties.
• Loss of access due to incorrect login credentials, account lockouts, or device compatibility issues.

Regulatory & Legal Restrictions

• Restrictions imposed by regulatory agencies limiting your ability to access gambling-related services.
• Changes in local laws or regulations affecting the legality of sports betting in your jurisdiction after purchase.
• Self-imposed exclusions or bans from sportsbook operators.

Service Performance

• Dissatisfaction with picks, analysis, or predictions provided on the platform.
• Losses incurred as a result of following picks or analysis provided by Bet Winners Only.
• Inaccuracy of results or information - while we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant the reliability of any analysis.

SMS Notifications & A2P Messaging - No Refund Provisions

4.1 SMS Opt-In is Voluntary

SMS/text message notifications are an optional, supplemental delivery method. Opting in to SMS is not required to access your membership or receive picks through the members-only portal. No refunds will be issued based on electing to opt in or out of SMS, dissatisfaction with SMS frequency or content, or a preference for a different delivery method.

4.2 Undelivered SMS Messages

Bet Winners Only cannot guarantee deliverability of SMS messages. Delivery depends on mobile carrier restrictions, network availability, device settings, and spam filtering. No refunds will be issued for undelivered, delayed, or filtered SMS notifications for any reason. All picks remain accessible through the members-only portal at BetWinnersOnly.com regardless of SMS delivery status.

4.3 Opting Out of SMS Does Not Trigger a Refund

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP or contacting support@betwinnersonly.com. Opting out does NOT cancel your membership, does NOT entitle you to a refund, and does NOT affect your access to picks through the members-only portal.

4.4 Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier and are your sole responsibility.

4.5 A2P Program Compliance

All SMS communications are transmitted through registered A2P 10DLC numbers, registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) in compliance with TCPA (47 U.S.C. ? 227), CTIA Messaging Principles, and major carrier A2P 10DLC program guidelines. Compliance with these regulations does not alter or waive the No Refund Policy in any respect.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Bet Winners Only / Capital Coach, LLC reserves the right to dispute any chargeback and provide documentation of this policy to the relevant financial institution.

By making a purchase, you explicitly waive your right to initiate a chargeback based on dissatisfaction with results, outcomes, undelivered SMS messages, or sporting events beyond our control.
