These SMS Terms are incorporated by reference into our general Terms of Service. By opting in to receive text messages from BetWinnersOnly.com, you agree to be bound by these SMS Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

In each case, you must affirmatively opt in by submitting your mobile number and providing express consent. Opt-in checkboxes are never pre-checked. Opting in to SMS is never a condition of any purchase or of accessing any free content.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through one of the channels above, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated promotional, transactional, and account-related text messages from BetWinnersOnly.com (Capital Coach, LLC) at the mobile number provided. You represent that the mobile number you provide is yours and that you are authorized to receive text messages at that number.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity, the membership tier you hold, the events on the sports calendar, and your interactions with the Service.
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by your mobile carrier and are your sole responsibility. We do not charge a fee to send or receive SMS messages from this program.
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging that you have unsubscribed. You will not receive any further SMS messages from that program. If you wish to rejoin in the future, you may opt in again through any of our authorized channels.

Our SMS program is compatible with major U.S. mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS, and Google Fi. We may add or remove supported carriers at any time without notice.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support the SMS program (such as messaging platform providers and customer service providers acting on our behalf) is permitted solely to deliver the Service. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You must be at least 21 years of age to opt in to and use our SMS program. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If we learn that we have collected SMS opt-in data from anyone under 21, we will promptly remove that data and unsubscribe the number from the program.
Our handling of your mobile phone number, opt-in records, and any SMS-related personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these SMS Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy includes the same restriction described in Section 9: mobile information and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not guarantee that any specific text message will be delivered at any specific time, or at all. Delivery of SMS messages depends on factors outside of our control, including carrier networks, device settings, signal strength, and routing decisions made by intermediate service providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the SMS program, including any reliance on the content of any text message. The disclaimers and limitations set forth in our general Terms of Service apply equally to your use of the SMS program.
We may update these SMS Terms at any time, consistent with applicable law. Updates will be posted on the Site with a revised "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Your continued participation in the SMS program after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
